In der ergänzten Klageschrift<\/a> wird der Weg von $137 Millionen nachgezeichnet, die zwischen 2006 und 2011 an Howard Lederer, Ray Bitar, Chris Ferguson und Rafe Furst verteilt worden sein sollen.<\/p>

Es wird der Vorwurf erhoben, \"dass es berechtigten Grund zu der Annahme gebe, dass der Besitz der Angeklagten in Geschäften mit illegalem Glücksspiel verwendet wurde oder zu diesen rückverfolgt werden kann.\"<\/p>

An die 23 Eigentümer von Full Tilt Poker sollen annähernd $444 Millionen ausgeschüttet worden sein. Dabei konzentrieren sich die Strafverfolgungsbehörden auf die folgenden Beträge der vier Hauptverantwortlichen von FTP:<\/p>

• $42,5 Millionen von Howard Lederer
• $42 Millionen von Chris Ferguson
• $40,8 Millionen von Ray Bitar
• $11,7 Millionen von Rafe Furst<\/p>

In der Klageschrift wird darüber hinaus erwähnt, wie Lederer und Bitar die ihnen gezahlten Gelder verwendet haben sollen.<\/p>

Lederer etwa soll diese auf seine privaten Konten überwiesen und Hypotheken, Rentenfonds, eine Reihe von Grundstücken sowie mehrere Fahrzeuge wie einen Maserati, vier Audis und einen 1965er Shelby Cobra bezahlt haben.<\/p>

Mit Ray Bitar werden hingegen zwei Anwesen in Kalifornien in Verbindung gebracht.<\/p>

Die neue Anklage enthält außerdem einen neuen Punkt, der den Antrag auf Beschlagnahmung unterstützen soll. Es handelt sich dabei um den Travel Act, der \"den zwischenstaatlichen sowie internationalen Reiseverkehr zum Zwecke betrügerischer Geschäfte\" verbietet und die bisherigen Vorwürfe im Rahmen des Illegal Gambling Business Act und des Wire Act erweitert.<\/p>
