Eigentlich sah es gut aus für unsere deutschen Community-Mitglieder, denn olekonjole führte den gut besetzten Final Table<\/a> beim EPT Barcelona Super High Roller-Turnier an. Aber auch Fabian fabstinho Quoss war zu Beginn noch nicht chancenlos, er belegte Rang 5.<\/p>

Neben den beiden nahmen auch Vitaly Lunkin, Mike McDonald, Erik Seidel, David Benefield, Steve O'Dwyer und Timothy Adams am Finaltisch Platz. Gut für unsere beiden PokerStrategen, dass Adams relativ früh auf Platz 8 ausschied.\"\"<\/p>

Er hatte mit K-9<\/strong> gegen die Queens von Seidel keine Chance und war somit der Bubble Boy des Turniers. Alle anderen Spieler konnten sich über mindestens 128.515 Euro Preisgeld freuen.<\/p>

Wenig später erwischte es dann leider auch fabstinho, der nach einer Bet von Mike McDonald All-In ging. Der Kanadier callte und zeigte \"\"\"\", während der deutsche Pokerspieler \"\"\"\" umdrehte.<\/p>

Der Flop lieferte mit \"\"\"\"\"\" mächtig Spannung, denn Quoss bekam einen Flush Draw. Die Turnkarte war der \"\" und damit hatte unser PokerStratege zusätzlich noch einen Straight Draw. Leider kam auf dem River die \"\" und der Franke musste sich mit Rang 7 zufriedengeben.<\/p>

Zweimal keine Chance gegen die Asse<\/h2>

Als nächster Spieler musste olekonjole an die Rails. Er hatte bereits zu Beginn des Final Tables mit A-K <\/strong>gegen die Asse von David Benefield verloren und einen Teil seines Stacks abgeben müssen.<\/p>

Nach zwei verlorenen Pötten gegen Mike McDonald war dann nach einer Konfrontation mit Steve O'Dwyer Feierabend: O'Dwyer hatte vor dem Flop 175.000 Chips gesetzt, der deutsche Turnierspezialist schob seinen gesamten Stack (1,3 Millionen Chips) in die Mitte und bekam direkt den Call seines Kontrahenten, der Asse umdrehte.<\/p>

olekonjole war mit 4-4<\/strong> auf Hilfe angewiesen, doch das Board brachte K-8-2-8-6<\/strong> und damit war er ausgeschieden. Sicherlich etwas enttäuschend aufgrund der anfänglichen Führung, dennoch sind 159.200 Euro nicht zu verachten.<\/p>

Auf Rang 5 verabschiedete sich David Benefield, der gegen Vitaly Lunkin das Nachsehen hatte. Preflop war der Cash-Game-Spezialist mit A-6 <\/strong>All-In und trat gegen A-10<\/strong> des Russen an. Das K-3-J-J-9<\/strong> Board sorgte für das Aus von Benefield und für die anschließende Dominanz von Lunkin.<\/p>

Der zweifache Braceletgewinner aus Moskau warf wenig später Mike McDonald aus dem Turnier, der sich mit K-Q <\/strong>auf einem Q-Q-6<\/strong> Flop sicherlich wohlgefühlt hatte, bis Lunkin 6-6 <\/strong>umdrehte. Turn und River brachten keine Hilfe und der nächste Spieler war draußen.<\/p>

Nachdem sich Erik Seidel mit Assen um Steve O'Dwyer gekümmert hatte, kam es zum Heads-Up zwischen Seidel und Lunkin. Die Führung wechselte hin und her und es dauerte einige Zeit, bis der Sieger feststand. In der letzten Hand des Tages versuchte es Seidel preflop mit K-Q<\/strong> und unterlag A-5<\/strong> (A-6-6-8-4<\/strong>). <\/p>

Während es für Lunkin 771.300 Euro Preisgeld und den EPT-Titel gab, bekam Seidel 557.100 Euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
