Das Innenministerium von Hessen ist f&uuml;r die Verteilung dieser Lizenzen zust&auml;ndig.<\/p><p>Nach <a href=\"https:\/\/www.90minuten.at\/index.php\/sportsbiz\/70248-tipp3-erhaelt-lizenz-in-deutschland-tipico-nicht\">Medienberichten<\/a> ist nun endlich eine Entscheidung getroffen worden, welche Anbieter eine Konzession erhalten. Die Pr&uuml;fung sei abgeschlossen, \"fr&uuml;hestens\" am 18. September wird die Lizenz erteilt.<\/p><p>Bis dahin haben alle leer ausgegangenen Anbieter Zeit, Einspruch zu erheben. Es ist davon auszugehen, dass die meisten dieser Aufforderung nachkommen werden und gegen das Verfahren klagen. Es wurde von Anfang an als intransparent und willk&uuml;rlich kritisiert.
