Als man die PokerStars Players No Limit Hold'em Championship in der Vorstandsetage konzipiert hat, dürfte man auf genau solch ein Ende des Turniers gehofft haben.<\/p>

Ramon Colillas aus Spanien<\/strong> hat seinen $30.000 Platinum Pass durch ein örtliches Turnier-Leaderboard ergattert und macht sich nun mit $5.100.000 im Gepäck auf den Heimweg aus der Karibik.<\/p>

Auf seinem Weg zum großen Triumph, der stark an Chris Moneymakers WSOP-Erfolg vor mehr als 15 Jahren erinnert, setzte er sich im Heads-up gegen den Franzosen Julien Martini durch, was mit $4.100.000 und einer weiteren Million von PokerStars belohnt wurde.<\/p>

Zuvor waren bei Hendon Mob für Colillas lediglich $10.873 an Live-Cashes verzeichnet worden<\/strong>, nun befindet er sich über Nacht auf Platz 4 der All Time Money List für spanische Spieler.<\/p>

\"Viele Spieler haben gesagt, dass es das wichtigste Turnier der Geschichte sei. Nun geht es nur darum, glücklich zu sein und den Moment zu genießen\"<\/em>, erklärte Colillas.<\/p>

Marc Riveria von den Philippinen hatte ebenfalls einen Platinum Pass gewonnen<\/strong> und mit seinem dritten Platz ein kleines bisschen Geschichte geschrieben, bescherte ihm die Platzierung immerhin noch satte $2.168.000.<\/p>

Beste Deutsche im Turnier wurden am Ende Michael Robionek<\/strong> auf Platz 21 für $150.600, der dank Platinum Pass ebenfalls gratis in die Karibik kam, und Marvin Rettenmaier<\/strong> auf Platz 27 für $126.000.<\/p>

Zweifellos war die PSPC ein voller Erfolg in jeglicher Hinsicht. Zahlreiche Spieler geraten bei Fragen zur Atmosphäre ins Schwärmen, es gab die erhofften Traumerfolge für Amateurspieler<\/a> und eine riesige Menge an Profispielern verwandelte das Spektakel in ein Rekordturnier<\/a>.<\/p>

Noch packt man auf den Bahamas aber nicht zusammen, denn direkt im Anschluss steht nun das PokerStars Caribbean Adventure an. Heute beginnt bereits das $100.000 Super High Roller des Festivals, das ihr hier live verfolgen<\/a> könnt, anschließend folgt dann auch wie üblich noch das PCA Main Event.<\/p>

Bleibt nur noch die Frage, ob wir nach solch einem eindrucksvollen Debüt die PSPC auch im nächsten Jahr erleben werden...<\/p>
