Der eine oder andere erinnert sich vielleicht daran, dass zu Beginn des Jahres die Kanäle einiger der bekanntesten Poker-YouTuber gesperrt<\/a> wurden – in der Folge stellte sich das Ganze aber als Fehler im Algorithmus von YouTube heraus. Eine Reihe der betroffenen Content-Produzenten, angeführt von Jaime Staples, hat sich dann an die Plattform gewandt, um die eigenen Kanäle wieder freischalten zu lassen.<\/p>

Nun scheint es weiter aufwärts zu gehen für Pokercontent bei der mit Abstand beliebtesten Video-Plattform der Welt, nachdem Head of Gaming Lester Chen von YouTube bekannt gegeben hat, dass man in Zukunft sogar Links zu genehmigten Pokeranbietern akzeptieren würde:<\/p>

Laut der neuen Richtlinie<\/a> müssen die Links durch YouTube oder Google Ads zertifiziert sein und lokalen Glücksspielvorschriften Folge leisten.<\/p>

Damit würde sich jedoch den Content-Produzenten bei der Plattform eine große Tür öffnen und mehr Konkurrenz mit Twitch entstehen, wo sich Poker und entsprechender Content nach wie vor voll entfalten kann. Staples, der eine besondere Rolle im Austausch mit Chen gespielt hat, war über den Schritt sichtlich erfreut:<\/p>
