Turniere mit mehreren Turniertagen scheinen an den Online-Tischen nach wie vor Schwierigkeiten mit sich zu bringen. Ein weiteres Beispiel dafür hat nun das auf die USA ausgerichtete Americas Card Room (ACR) geliefert.<\/p>

Bei der Progressive Knockout Online Super Series sollte am Montag bei drei Turnieren mit hohen Guarantees der zweite Turniertag ausgetragen werden. Technische Probleme sorgten jedoch zunächst für eine Unterbrechung und letztlich auch für den Abbruch aller drei Turniere<\/strong>.<\/p>

In der Folge zog man seitens ACR eine erneute Austragung am Dienstag, den 1. Juni in Erwägung, nach zahlreichen Beschwerden von Spielern, dass sie den Ausweichtermin nicht wahrnehmen könnten, entschied man sich aber die Turniere abzubrechen. Der verbliebene Preispool wurde gemäß ICM-Verteilung der Chips ausgezahlt<\/strong> und das eigene Bounty den Spielern gutgeschrieben. Zudem gab es als Ausgleich noch ein Ticket für ein Turnier mit gleichhohem Buy-in.<\/p>

Knapp $4 Millionen wurden insgesamt bei den drei Turnieren als Preisgelder garantiert, sodass am Ende eine sechsstellige Summe an Ausgleichstickets zustande kam, die von ACR getragen werden muss.<\/p>

Wiederkehrende Probleme<\/h2>

Die Probleme, die sich für ACR ergeben haben, sind kein unbekanntes Phänomen. Immer wieder stolpern Online-Pokerräume über derartige Komplikationen, wenn man Turniere mit mehreren Turniertagen ausrichtet. So mussten sich zuletzt auch partypoker und GGPoker bei Turnieren mit mehreren Turniertagen mit ähnlichen Schwierigkeiten plagen.<\/p>

Chris Moneymaker, der vor Kurzem als neuer Markenbotschafter von ACR engagiert wurde, nahm die Kommunikation mit den Spielern in die Hand. In vollständiger Transparenz ließ er dabei verlauten, dass sich das Problem auch in der Zukunft wieder ergeben könnte<\/strong>:<\/p>
