Die letzte Ausgabe der WSOP scheint gar nicht so lange her gewesen zu sein<\/a>, denn sie ist es auch nicht. Nach einer pandemiebedingten Verschiebung im vergangenen Jahr in den Herbst, kehrt die World Series of Poker in Las Vegas nun aber zum üblichen Termin im Kalender zurück.<\/p>

Vom 31. Mai bis 20. Juli<\/strong> warten insgesamt 88 WSOP-Bracelets bei Live-Turnieren und weitere 14 bei Online-Turnieren auf neue Besitzer.<\/p>

Zum ersten Mal wird die Turnierserie dabei in ihrem neuen Zuhause, dem Bally's and Paris Las Vegas<\/em> inmitten des Strips in Las Vegas ausgetragen.<\/p>

Neben einem neuen Austragungsort bietet sich in diesem Jahr auch erstmals wieder eine realistische Chance auf einen neuen Teilnehmerrekord. Abgesehen von einer nach wie vor reichlich angestauten Nachfrage nach Live-Poker gibt es dieses Mal auch keinerlei Reisebeschränkungen und keine Impf- oder Maskenpflicht bei der Turnierserie<\/strong>.<\/p>

Wird das Mystery Bounty ein Hit?<\/h2>

Die WSOP ist zurück!<\/figcaption><\/figure>

Die Turnierserie beginnt in diesem Jahr wie üblich mit einem $500-Turnier für die Casino-Mitarbeiter, während kurze Zeit später heute auch das erste echte Turnier mit dem $25.000 High Roller Bounty gestartet wird.<\/p>

Das sagenumwobene WSOP Main Event mit $10.000 Buy-in wird derweil wie immer im zweiten Monat der Turnierserie ausgetragen und dieses Mal vom 3. bis 16. Juli gespielt. Amtierender Weltmeister ist bekanntlich Koray Aldemir<\/a> nach seinem letztjährigen Triumph, mit dem er sich zum dritten deutschen Main-Event-Champion innerhalb von zehn Jahren krönen konnte.<\/p>

Abseits davon haben es 2022 auch eine ganze Reihe an neuen Events in den Turnierplan der WSOP geschafft, darunter das $100.000 High Roller Bounty und die Rückkehr des Tournament of Champions, ein Freeroll am Ende der Turnierserie für alle Bracelet-Gewinner.<\/p>

Für die meisten Schlagzeilen hat im Vorfeld jedoch die Ansetzung des $1.000 Mystery Bounty<\/strong> gesorgt, bei der ein sattes Kopfgeld von $1 Million auf einen zufälligen Spieler ausgesetzt ist, ohne dass man weiß, wen genau man an die Rails verfrachten muss, um direkt den Jackpot zu knacken.
