Wer nach wie vor in der Lage ist, dem Drama rund um den J4o-Call<\/a> zu folgen, Hut ab! Es gab einige Überraschungen und Wendungen und nicht wenige Beobachter haben die eigene Meinung, ob nun betrogen wurde oder nicht, bereits mehrmals gewechselt.<\/p>

Die jüngste Entwicklung spielt nun Befürwortern der Unschuld Robbi Jade Lews in die Karten, nachdem sie einen Lügendetektor-Test bestehen konnte, den sie direkt zu Beginn der offiziellen Untersuchung des Hustler Casinos in Aussicht gestellt hatte.<\/p>

Drei Fragen wurden dabei gestellt: Hat sie betrogen? Hat sie mit einem Stream-Mitarbeiter als Komplizen gearbeitet? Hat sie ein technisches Hilfsmittel genutzt, um zu betrügen? Nein lautete die Antwort auf alle drei Fragen und laut Lügendetektor ist das die Wahrheit – allerdings mit möglicher Fehlerquote von 1 zu 1.000.<\/p>

Selbstverständlich wurde das Ergebnis aber auch abseits der Fehlerquote skeptisch gesehen, weil auch die Teststelle, bei der sie den Lügendetektor-Test anfertigen ließ<\/a>, keinen allzu belastbaren Eindruck machte. Dass Lew sich aber überhaupt bereiterklärt hat, einen solchen Test zu machen, spricht natürlich aber für eine mögliche Unschuld.<\/p>

Ebenfalls ein Indikator, dass sie schlichtweg Glück hatte bei einem extrem schlechten Call: Die Deadline für eine Belohnung von $250.000 ist mittlerweile abgelaufen, die man hätte eintüten können, wenn man in der Lage gewesen wäre, Lew tatsächlich Betrug nachzuweisen. Haralabos Voulgaris hatte die Belohnung für einen Nachweis ausgesetzt.<\/p>

All das dürfte jedoch wenig an der Überzeugung derer ändern, die einen tatsächlichen Betrug von Lew gesehen haben wollen, bis die unabhängige Untersuchung des Hustler-Streams abgeschlossen ist. Das Hustler Casino hat in dieser Woche allerdings bestätigt, dass man zwischenzeitlich einer Kontrolle der kalifornischen Glücksspielbehörde unterzogen<\/a> wurde und grünes Licht für die Ausrichtung weiterer Partien als Stream bekommen hat.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
