Der letztliche Verursacher des ganzen Schlamassels, Doug Polk, warf am Ende ebenfalls noch den Fehdehandschuh in die Manege. In seinem Lodge Poker Club will er es im Heads-up mit $100.000-Stacks mit jedem auf der Welt aufnehmen. Und trotz seines Rufs als einer der besten Heads-up-Spieler der Welt, gab es keinen Mangel an Angeboten für Polk.<\/p>

Der erste in der langen Schlange an Herausforderern war Bill Perkins, der bereits am vergangenen Wochenende gegen Polk antrat und ihm $29.800 abknöpfte. Sicherlich nicht ganz der Start, den sich Polk erhofft hatte...<\/p>

Es scheint also, als sei ein neues goldenes Zeitalter in Sachen Hassduelle am Pokertisch angebrochen. Und sollte sich Berkey gegen Airball durchsetzen, ist durchaus vorstellbar, dass er es danach auch mit Doug Polk aufnehmen wird.<\/p>
