Jedes Jahr gibt es mindestens einen Doppelerfolg bei der WSOP zu bestaunen und in manchen Jahren sogar einen einzigartigen Sieg in direkter Abfolge. Chad Eveslage kann nun direkt beide Erfolge auf der Habenseite verbuchen und das mit einer beeindruckenden Leistung in den gemischten Formaten.<\/p>

In weniger als einer Woche hat er beide Dealer's-Choice-Turniere der diesjährigen World Series of Poker gewonnen. Bereits zum Start der WSOP in der Vorwoche setzte er sich gegen ein Feld von 456 Spielern beim $1.500 Dealer's Choice für $131.879 durch. Zu Beginn der aktuellen Woche folgte dann auch der Triumph bei der $10.000 Dealer's Choice Championship für weitere $311.428, die als Hauptpreis vergeben wurden.<\/p>

Das Turnier ist dabei keine Unbekannte, wenn es um denkwürdige Erfolge geht. So gewann Adam Friedman die Championship erst vor Kurzem dreimal in Folge<\/a>.<\/p>

Chad #Eveslage<\/a> just won back-to-back titles in Dealer‘s Choice Events after six days of battling in 20 different #poker<\/a> #mixedgame<\/a> variants.<\/p>\n

Wem der Name Eveslage noch nicht geläufig war: Man kann mit Fug und Recht behaupten, dass er einer der besten Pokerspieler der letzten Jahre ist. Seit 2021 konnte er zwei WPT-Titel einfahren und im vergangenen Jahr folgte auch sein erstes Bracelet beim $25.000 High Roller der WSOP 2022. Insgesamt $7.678.178 stehen an gewonnenen Preisgeldern bei Eveslage zu Buche.<\/p>

\"Die Singularität kommt und es ist wahrscheinlich die letzte World Series\", erklärte er einem sichtlich verdutzten Reporter von PokerNews nach seinem Erfolg. \"Nicht wahrscheinlich, aber zu 10% ist das die letzte World Series, die jemals stattfinden wird. Man muss das Beste daraus machen, solange sie hier ist... Es ist schön, einen Sieg zu erringen. Es ist schön, so einen Erfolg noch einzufahren, bevor wir alle letztlich mit Maschinen verschmelzen.\"<\/p>

Mit dem Doppelerfolg setzte sich Eveslage erwartungsgemäß auch an die Spitze des Rennens zum WSOP Player of the Year mit 1.941 Punkten, gefolgt von Mystery-Millions-Champion Tyler Brown auf Platz 2 mit 1.739 Punkten.<\/p>
