<\/a>178 Spieler registrierten sich für Tag 1a; für Tag 1b werden ebenfalls knapp 200 Teilnehmer erwartet. Das Buy-In liegt in London bei £5.400.<\/p>

Für PokerStrategy geht der amtierende Deutsche Meister, Florian 'Morgoth' Langmann, an Tag 1b den Start. Neben ihm sind natürlich auch einige Stars der internationalen Szene anwesend, am Dienstag unter anderem Chris Moneymaker, Dave 'Devilfish' Ulliott, Nikolaus Jedlicka, Johnny Lodden, Luca Pagano, Dario Minieri, Brandon Schaefer, Barny Boatman, Andreas Hoivold und natürlich die Vorjahressiegerin Vicky Coren.<\/p>

Wir werden euch täglich mit Chipständen, interessanten Händen, Fotos und hoffentlich guten Neuigkeiten von Morgoth aus London versorgen.<\/p>

<\/a>Update:<\/b>
Bereits sehr früh verabschieden mussten sich die beiden Damen Vicky Coren und Katja Thater, die einzige deutsche Starterin an Tag 1a. Im Laufe des Tages mussten sich ebenfalls die beiden Italiener Dario Minieri und Luca Pagano verabschieden.<\/p>

Auch Dave 'Devilfish' Ulliott musste das Turnier 15 Minuten vor Ende des Tages verlassen. Seine Chips wanderten nach einem Pre-Flop All-In mit JJ zu Chris Moneymaker, der AA in der Hand hielt. Damit katapultierte der WSOP-Sieger von 2003 sich auf Platz 3 in der Chiprangliste, nachdem er im Laufes des Tages mehrfach kurz vor dem Ausscheiden war. Insgesamt haben 60 Spieler Tag 1a überlebt, unten seht ihr die Chipleader.<\/p>
