Insgesamt hatten sich 504 Spieler für einen der drei Starttage von Freitag bis Sonntag angemeldet, am Montag trafen dann erstmals alle 234 übrigen Teilnehmer an Tag 2 aufeinander.<\/p>

Unter den 155 Spielern, die bis zum Ende des Tages ausschieden, waren auch einige bekannte Namen zu finden: Dan Harrington, Gus Hansen, Gavin Smith, Victor Ramdin und mehr.<\/p>

Doch es befinden sich noch ausreichend Prominente im Rennen, wie zum Beispiel Barry Greenstein (67.900 Chips), Tuan Lam (108.300), Nick Schulman (128.000), Allen Cunningham (131.800), J.C. Tran (142.200) und David Singer (148.500).<\/p>

Jeff Madsen, der 2006 im Alter von 21 Jahren gleich zwei Bracelets bei der WSOP gewann, konnte sich von einem der letzten Plätze und mit knapp 20.000 Chips bewaffnet in die Top 10 hochkämpfen. Am Ende des Tages hielt er 213.200 Chips in den Händen!<\/p>

Auch die jeweiligen Chipleader der Starttage liegen weiterhin gut im Rennen. Marc Karam konnte weitere Chips zu seinem Stack hinzufügen und steht jetzt bei 181.400 Chips. Als Gesamtchipleader in den Tag gestartet, verlor Jean-Robert Bellande anfangs einen Großteil seiner Chips - zum Ende hin lief es wieder besser und er schließt den Tag mit 214.300 Chips ab. Umgekehrt lief es bei Jonathan Little: Er sammelte fleißig weiter Chips und holte sich die Führung - bis es kontinuierlich nach unten ging und er letztendlich bei 143.900 Chips landete.<\/p>

Chipleader ist aktuell Joe Cassidy, der mit nur knapp 30.000 Chips in den Tag ging - seinen Stack konnte er auf 330.500 Chips verelffachen!<\/p>

Auch am heutigen Tag 3 werden an den Niagarafällen wieder fünf Blindlevel gespielt und im Laufe des Tages werden die Spieler auch die Geldränge erreichen. Der Final Tables des Events wird am Freitag ausgespielt.<\/p>
