768 Spielerinnen und Spieler haben beim World Series of Poker Europe Main Event mitgemischt. Es war die 15. Auflage des €10.350-Turniers und das zweitgrößte aller Zeiten, nur 59 Teilnehmende weniger als im letzten Jahr<\/a>.<\/p>

Es war ein Spieler, der das Gefühl eines WSOPE-Sieges bereits kennt: Der Italiener Simone Andrian gewann 2001 das €1.650 Six-Max-Armband im King's Casino, und gestern Abend setzte er noch einen drauf.<\/p>

Er entschied das WSOPE Main Event für sich und kassierte, nachdem er den Esten Urmo Velvelt im Heads-up bezwungen hatte, €1.300.000.<\/strong><\/p>

„Es ist unglaublich. Das ist bei weitem der größte Erfolg meiner Karriere. Ich könnte nicht glücklicher sein“, sagte er nach seinem Triumph. „Ich habe hier schon oft gespielt, und so ein Ergebnis hier zu erzielen, ist etwas ganz Besonderes.“<\/p>

Jetzt richten sich alle Augen auf die WSOPE Paradise, die im Dezember stattfindet und für die bei GGPoker rund um die Uhr Qualifikationsturniere<\/a> laufen.<\/p>
