Die Season 1 PokerStars<\/a>.net Asia Pacific Poker Tour endete im Dezember 2007 mit dem Grand Final in Sydney. 561 Spieler <\/b>zahlten die $5.700 Buy-In und sorgten so für einen $3 Millionen Preispool<\/b>. Der Australier Grant Levy <\/b>gewann das Finale im Star City Casino und kassierte dafür $850.000.<\/p>

<\/p>

\nErster Stop: Macau<\/b>\n<\/p>

\nEin Jahr und eine Woche nach dem ersten APPT Event in Manila, Philippinen, geht die Asia Pacific Poker Tour in ihre zweite Runde. <\/p>

Veranstaltungsort wird das Grand Waldo Hotel & Casino in Macau<\/b>, Volksrepublik China, sein - dort eröffnete PokerStars vor wenigen Tagen den ersten eigenen Cardroom (wir berichteten<\/a>)!\n<\/p>

\nFür das sechstägige Main Event in Macau wird bei einem Buy-In von $3.200<\/b> ein Preispool von $1,3 Millionen garantiert, 1.000 Spieler dürfen maximal teilnehmen (letztes Jahr waren es 352).\n<\/p>

\nDes weiteren findet in Macau erneut das »High Rollers Event<\/b>« statt. Letztes Jahr zahlten 64 Spieler das $15.000 Buy-In, darunter zahlreiche Top-Pros wie Joe Hachem, John Juanda und Barry Greenstein. Das Buy-In liegt 2008 bei knapp $20.000, auch für das High Rollers Event wird ein Preispool von $1,3 Millionen garantiert.\n<\/p>

\nDie Events in Seoul<\/b>, Manila <\/b>und das Grand Final in Sydney <\/b>sind auch diese Season mit dabei. Die neue und damit fünfte Stadt im Plan ist Auckland <\/b>in Neuseeland.\n<\/p>

\nPokerStars wird wie immer rechtzeitig vor den Events zahlreiche Satellites zur Qualifikation anbieten.<\/p>
