Trotz der parallel stattfindenden WSOP war das Teilnehmerfeld des ersten Turniers der APT relativ stark besetzt. So nahmen neben David Saab unter anderem Brad Daugherty (WSOP Main Event Gewinner 1992), Layne Flack, Evelyn Ng, Daniel Schreiber und Huck Seed an dem Turnier teil.<\/p>

\nDavid Saab dominierte das Turnier<\/b>\n<\/p>

Bereits nach dem ersten Tag befand sich der in Korea geborene Australier Saab auf dem sechsten Platz im Chipcount. An Tag 2 des Events konnte er sich den Chiplead sichern, welchen er sich auch nicht mehr nehmen ließ.<\/p>

\nNächster Halt: Macau<\/b>\n<\/p>

Aufgrund des großen Interesses hat sich die Tourleitung dazu entschlossen, den garantierten Preispool für die APT Macau auf $1,5 Millionen zu erhöhen. Vom 27. - 31. August wird die Tour dann im StarWorld Hotel und Casino den zweiten von vier Stops einlegen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
