Der Andrang auf die kleinen No-Limit Hold'em Turniere bei der Series ist weiterhin ungebremst hoch. 2.720 Spieler entrichteten das Buy-in und erzeugten einen Preispool von $3.712.800. Der Gewinner erhält $631.656.<\/p>

\n15 Stunden Spielzeit an Tag 2<\/b>\n<\/p>

Am zweiten Tag wurde auf die finalen neun Teilnehmer heruntergespielt. Fast 15 Stunden wurde dazu gepokert. Mal wieder ein wahrer Pokermarathon. Auf der Strecke blieben so prominente Namen wie Barry Greenstein, Humberto Brenes und Bill Gazes.<\/p>

\nSasa Biorac casht<\/b>\n<\/p>

Sasa Biorac sorgte für den einzigen deutschen Cash in Event 39. Mit musste er sich bei Eric Beren geschlagen geben. Der Flop kam . Turn und River halfen Sasa nicht.<\/p>

\nPaul Kerr Final Table Bubbleboy<\/b>\n<\/p>

Der Final Table Bubbleboy wurde Paul Kerr, der auf Rang 10 das Turnier verlassen musste. Mit unterlag er bei Thom Werthmann, der bereits auf dem Flop das Paar mit dem König bekam. Der Turn brachte ihm das Twopair. Eine weitere Vier fiel nicht und so stand der Final Table fest.<\/p>

\nThom Werthmann Chipleader<\/b>\n<\/p>

Thom Werthmann wird morgen als Chipleader zurückkehren. Der US-Amerikaner konnte bisher dreimal bei der WSOP cashen und gewann bereits ein Bracelet.<\/p>

Sein engsten Verfolger sind Thanhdat Tran und Curtis Early. Tran konnte bisher viermal bei der WSOP im Geld landen. Dies ist sein erster Final Table.<\/p>

David Woo hat drei WSOP-Cashes auf seinem Konto. Bestes Ergebnis war Platz 5 beim $1.500 No Limit Hold'em Turnier (Event 27) der WSOP 2007. In diesem Jahr erreichte er einen 82. Platz in Event 13.<\/p>

Matthew Wood erreichte im vergangenen Jahr sein bestes Ergebnis bei der Series, als er den 46. Platz im $1.500 Omaha Hi-Low Split-8 or Better Turnier machte.<\/p>
