Gerade Einsteiger nehmen einen \"Downswing\" gern als Ausrede f&uuml;r ihr schlechtes Spiel, da sie gar nicht richtig wissen, was dieser Begriff &uuml;berhaupt bedeutet. \"Ich stecke gerade im Downswing, da kann man nichts machen!\"<\/p><p>Man muss begreifen, dass man nicht in einem \"Downswing\" stecken kann. Denn dies w&uuml;rde ja bedeuten, dass wir ein sicheres Ende der negativen \"Phase\" kennen und somit in die Zukunft schauen k&ouml;nnten.<\/p><p>Wir k&ouml;nnen aber immer nur die Vergangenheit betrachten und daraus unsere Schl&uuml;sse ziehen.
