257 Starter waren zum bislang größten Pokerturnier auf asiatischen Boden angetreten und entrichteten das Buy-in von $5.000. Der garantierte Preispool von $1,5 Mio. blieb somit unverändert. 40 Plätze wurden ausbezahlt.<\/p>

\nViele Pros am Start<\/b>\n<\/p>

Unter den Teilnehmern befanden sich einige bekannte Gesichter, so unter anderem der Gewinner der APT Manila David Saab, November Nine David Rheem, EPT-Dortmund Gewinner Michael 'Timex' McDonald, JJ Liu, Johnny Chan, Huck Seed, John Juanda sowie Doyle und Todd Brunson. Sie alle mussten jedoch recht früh an die Rails.<\/p>

\nDeutsche mit gutem Ergebnis<\/b>\n<\/p>

Besser machte es Coach Moritz 'trader<\/b>' Schmejkal. Mit Platz 13 und $18.750 schloss er als bester Deutscher des Turniers ab. Landsmann Alexander Jung legte ebenfalls eine tolle Performance hin. Er sicherte sich Rang 25 und damit $8.250.<\/p>

\nYevgeniy Timoshenko dominiert Final Table<\/b>\n<\/p>

\"APT\"Der junge Russe Yevgeniy Timoshenko gewann das Turnier. Er dominierte den Final Table fast nach Belieben. Er hielt bereits über die Hälfte aller Chips des Spiels, als sein engster Verfolger gerade einmal ein Viertel seines Stacks hielt. Prominentester Gegenspieler am Finaltisch war Casey Kastle. Auch er musste sich geschlagen geben, als er shortstacked mit Pocket Zehnen All-In pushte und Timoshenko einen König traf.<\/p>

Timoshenko ging als deutlicher Chipleader ins Heads-up gegen Joon Hee Yeah. Dieser wehrte sich nach Kräften und konnte noch einmal verdoppeln. Am Ende musste er sich jedoch dem erdrückenden Chiplead geschlagen geben. In der entscheidenden Hand brachte Joon Hee Yeah mit K-Q seine Chips in die Mitte des Tisches. Timoshenko callte mit Damen, machte den Sack zu und sicherte sich $500.000 für Platz 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\t\t<\/tr>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
