\"NBCGleich drei NHUP Champions vergangener Tage - Phil Hellmuth, Ted Forrest und Paul Wasicka - sicherten ihr Ticket für Runde 2. Der Sieger von 2008, Chris Ferguson, musste dagegen bereits alle Ambitionen auf eine Titelverteidigung begraben. HSP-Moderator Gabe Kaplan schickte 'Jesus' - der für viele erneut einer der heißesten Favoriten war - in einem der letzten Spiele des Abends an die Rails.<\/p>

Beim Flop 6-8-9 wanderten alle Chips der Beiden in die Mitte. Gabe hatte Ferguson leicht gecovert und zeigte Pocket-Tens. Ferguson deckte J-7 zum Straightdraw mit Overcard auf und brauchte Hilfe vom Board, die jedoch nicht kam.<\/p>

Tom 'durrrr' Dwan machte es besser und eliminierte in Runde 1 Gavin Griffin. Dieser pushte shortstacked mit J-8 all-in. Dwan callte mit A-T, das Board veränderte nichts mehr, und das „Wunderkind“ war in Runde 2.<\/p>

Runde 2 wartet mit mindestens ebenso spannenden Duellen auf. So trifft Ilari Sahamies auf Bertrand Grospellier, Sam Farha trifft auf WSOP-Champ Peter Eastgate, Dario Minieri bekommt es mit Daniel Negreanu zu tun und Tom Dwan spielt gegen Barry Greenstein.<\/p>

Im Folgenden findet ihr alle Matches der ersten Runde, sowie eine Übersicht der heutigen 16 Duelle. Morgen werden die finalen drei Runden ausgespielt um den Sieger zu ermitteln. Dem winken im Erfolgsfall immerhin $500.000. Der Zweite bekommt $250.000, der Dritte und Vierte erhält $125.000. Für die Plätze 5-8 gibt es $75.000 und die Plätze 9-16 werden noch mit $25.000 entlohnt.<\/p>
