Ein wichtiges Gesprächsthema war der iGB Affiliate Award 2009, der erst kürzlich an PokerStrategy.com verliehen worden war. Auf die Frage, wie
\nkorn<\/span> und sein Team mit dieser Auszeichnung umgehen, antwortete er:<\/p>

\"Wir haben schon einen langen Weg vom kleinen Start-up zurückgelegt, müssen uns aber immer weiter verbessern, um unsere Mitglieder mit echtem Mehrwert zu versorgen. Das betrifft zum Beispiel den Bereich Technologie - hier muss noch manches zusammenwachsen und benutzerfreundlicher werden. Auch beim Thema Service verbessern wir uns stetig.<\/i><\/p>

Wir haben erst kürzlich unseren Kunden- und VIP-Service aufgestockt und verbessern die Prozesse, damit unsere Mitglieder in allen (Poker-)Lebenslagen von uns gut unterstützt werden können. Poker entwickelt sich ständig weiter. Unsere Inhalte sind zwar, relativ gesehen, spitze, absolut gesehen aber noch deutlich ausbaubar.\"<\/p>
