Insgesamt 36 Spieler kauften sich beim $25.000 High Roller Event der Full Tilt Poker<\/a> WPT Merit Cyprus Classic ein und erzeugten somit einen Preispool von annähernd $830.000. Unter ihnen waren auch eine ganze Reihe bekannter Spieler, die die Reise zu diesem Event nach Zypern auf sich nahmen. Darunter auch der 2010 November Niner Michael \"The Grinder\" Mizrachi, Phil Ivey, Chino Rheem, Andrew Feldman und David Benyamine.<\/p>

Bekannte Namen wie Carter Philipps, Sam Trickett, David Benyamine und Andrew Feldman bildeten dann auch die Zusammensetzung des toughen Final Tables. Der Regular auf den High Stakes Cashgames, David Benyamine, schied als Vierter aus, während der britische Pro Andrew Feldman es um einen Platz weiter schaffte und Dritter wurde.<\/p>

Aller guten Dinge sind drei für Bukara<\/h2>

Der Geldgewinn des Serben Perica Bukara (Bild rechts) beim Merit Cyprus Classic ist sein dritter in den letzten drei Wochen. Vor zwei Wochen erreichte er Platz 6 bei den Unibet Open in Prag (€25.800) und Platz 14 bei der EPT Tallinn (€14.000). In Tallinn war er außerdem nach Tag 1B zwischenzeitlich Chipleader des Events.<\/p>

Nachdem er also zwei Mal kurz davor war, konnte Bukara endlich einen Sieg holen - und einen großen noch dazu. Der Final Table dauerte mehr als zwölf Stunden und es brach schon fast die Dämmerung an, als Bukara den Sack zumachte. Für seinen Sieg gegen Ori Miller im Heads-up konnte er den Hauptgewinn von $373.207 mit nach Hause nehmen. Hier sind die fünf Spieler, die am Final Table ins Geld kamen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
