Das kommende IPPA Championship, welches vom 29. November bis 2. Dezember stattfinden wird, wird das erste seiner Art sein, nachdem ein &auml;hnliches Event im vergangenen Jahr abgesagt wurde.<\/p><p>Sofern das Maximum von 48 Teilnehmern erreicht wird, generiert das Event einen Preispool in H&ouml;he von $12 Millionen und dem ersten Platz werden satte $5 Millionen zustehen. Das im No Limit Hold'em-Format gespielte Event, soll im Fernsehen ausgestrahlt werden.<\/p><p>Das Teilnehmerfeld soll zwei Qualifikanten und drei Sponsoren-Vertreter umfassen. Die Qualifiers laufen bereits an und das erste fand im August w&auml;hrend der Legends of Poker-Turnierserie im Bicycle Casino,  Los Angeles statt.<\/p><h2>13 Top-Pros haben sich angemeldet<\/h2><p>Die 13 Spieler, die sich bisher f&uuml;r das Turnier mit $250.000 Buy-in angemeldet haben, sind Tom   \"durrrr Dwan\", Patrik Antonius, Allen Cunningham, Gus Hansen, Phil  Ivey,   Huck Seed, Johnny Chan, Freddy Deeb, Tony G, Bruno Fitoussi,  John Hennigan und die beiden Mizrachi-Br&uuml;der Robert und Michael  \"The  Grinder\"  Mizrachi (Bild rechts).<\/p><p>IPPA Pr&auml;sident und CEO Yosh Nakano bezeichnete das Turnier aufgrund der namenhaften Teilnehmer als \"The player's championship, the  pi&egrave;ce de r&eacute;sistance\", also dem Turnier-Highlight schlechthin.
