Es sollte 10 Blindlevel beziehungsweise knappe 13 Stunden dauern, bevor Tag 2 im dritten Event der World Series of Poker 2010 vorüber war. 54 Spieler haben die Preisgeldränge erreicht und sich damit mindestens £2.252 pro Person gesichert, während jeder der neun Spieler am Final Table mindestens £10.633 sicher hat.<\/p>

Der 24-jährige britische Pro JP Kelly (Bild rechts) ist dabei der wahrscheinlich bekannteste Vertreter am Final Table. Sollte er das Turnier für sich entscheiden, würde er - neben dem WSOP-Bracelet und £133.857 für Platz Eins - den Rekord von Phil Ivey als jüngster Spieler mit drei gewonnenen WSOP-Bracelets einstellen. Rekordhalter Ivey erreichte diese Marke im Alter von 26 Jahren.<\/p>

Kelly strebt die Titelverteidigung an<\/h2>

Abgesehen von der Möglichkeit, Ivey zu übertreffen, tritt Kelly auch noch an, seinen Titel als Champion dieses Events zu verteidigen. Ein Sieg würde ihn daher mit einem Schlag in eine Reihe mit Doyle Brunson, Stu Ungar, Johnny Chan und Phil Hellmuth stellen, die zu denjenigen Spielern gehören, denen eine Titelverteidigung im folgenden Jahr bei einem WSOP Texas Hold'em-Event gelang.<\/p>

Der durchschnittliche Chipcount liegt aktuell bei 194.000 Chips, was für einige Shortstacks am Final Table sorgt, da der aktuelle Blindlevel mit 4.000\/8.000 und 1.000 Ante bereits recht hoch liegt. Den kleinsten Stack hält momentan Jack Lyman, der mit lediglich 5 Big Blinds antritt.<\/p>
