Tag 2 des World Series of Poker Europe Main Events ist vorbei und lediglich 66 von ursprünglich 346 Spielern sind noch im Rennen um das Gesamtpreisgeld von £3.460.000, welches unter den besten 36 verteilt wird.<\/p>

Als erster konnte Phil Ivey an Tag 2 die Aufmerksamkeit des Publikums auf sich ziehen, als er in der ersten Tageshälfte zwei große Pots gegen Nicolas Levi und James Keys gewinnen konnte. Mit diesen Pots im Rücken übernahm Ivey nach nur wenigen Stunden Spielzeit an Tag 2 die Führung in Chips, die allerdings nicht von Dauer sein sollte.<\/p>

Letztlich war es Viktor Blom (Bild rechts), der Ivey die Show stahl. Mit einem gefloppten Set Siebener stach er Charles Chuas Aces aus und ging nach diesem Pot in Führung.<\/p>

Der junge Schwede Blom, der bisher im Live-Poker noch keine großen Triumphe verbuchen konnte, hat bei dem WSOPE Main Event nun beste Chancen, sein erstes goldenes Armband in Empfang zu nehmen und auch im Live-Poker zu einer festen Größe zu werden.<\/p>

Thorsten77 und BongBob an den Rails<\/h2>

Für die Spieler des Team PokerStrategy.com lief es hingegen nicht wie gewünscht: \"Admin\"Thorsten77<\/a> und \"Admin\"BongBob<\/a> wurden beide an Tag 2 an die Rails geschickt. Thorsten77<\/em>, der zum Zeitpunkt bereits shortstacked war, versuchte sein Glück mit \"As\"\"Tc\", lief dabei allerdings in Clint Coffees \"Ah\"\"Qh\" und erhielt keine Hilfe vom Board. Zu BongBob<\/em>s Bustout liegen uns leider noch keine Informationen vor.<\/p>

Auch der dritte PokerStratege im Feld, fabstinho, ist inzwischen an den Rails. Dort leisten ihm außer den beiden Teammitgliedern noch Mike Matusow, Allen Cunningham, Phil Laak, ElkY<\/em>, Patrik Antonius und Antonio Esfandiari Gesellschaft, die alle nicht mehr im Turnier vertreten sind.<\/p>
