Un semifarol<\/a> <\/i>(semibluff <\/i>en ingl\u00e9s) es un farol<\/a> con una mano que actualmente es d\u00e9bil pero tiene potencial para convertirse en una mano fuerte. El objetivo del semifarol<\/a> <\/i>no es necesariamente echar fuera de la mano a todos los adversarios, puesto que aun existe la posibilidad de ganar en el showdown<\/a> si se completa el proyecto. Por tanto, uno de los prop\u00f3sitos del semifarol<\/a> <\/i>es meter dinero en le bote en las primeras rondas para incrementar las ganancias potenciales. La probabilidad de que los adversarios foldeen a\u00f1adido a la posibilidad de completar<\/a> el proyecto y de ganar un bote grande puede hacer rentable el movimiento.
