PokerStrategy.com fue fundada por Dominik Kofert, licenciado en filosofía y matemáticas y jugador de los niveles más altos de Fixed Limit. Al principio los fundadores limitaron el acceso a la página a los entusiastas del poker que hablasen alemán.<\/p>\n

Al principio Dominik Kofert creó PokerStrategy.com como un foro para que los entusiastas del poker pudieran comunicarse y cambiar ideas, opiniones y conocimientos sobre el poker. Tras asociarse con el Gran Maestro de ajedrez Matthias Whals, el equipo se dio cuenta de la relación entre los juegos de estrategia y habilidad como el ajedrez y los MMORPG y atrajo a la página a los primeros miembros a través de torneos de ajedrez y foros de juegos online.<\/p>\n

Poco a poco se fue añadiendo soporte para estudiantes de poker en inglés y ruso y finalmente la oferta alcanzó a 14 idiomas. En noviembre de 2008 en la página se habían registrado 1,8 millones de jugadores, en junio de 2015 ya era la mayor comunidad de poker del mundo con 7 millones de miembros.<\/p>\n

En 2025 nos diversificamos para cubrir otras formas de contenido sobre juegos. Siguiendo el mismo modelo de emplear a algunos de los mejores expertos en sus áreas, ahora guiamos a los jugadores sobre los mejores casinos y sitios de apuestas en los que jugar, así como en qué promociones merece la pena inscribirse y los juegos y mercados que merecen tu tiempo.<\/p>\n
