\nAyer se disputaba la Mesa Final del SPT Gran Final Costa Meloneras en
\nla Isla Gran Canaria y nos entusiasmábamos con la presencia de 4
\njugadores de España en esa instancia definitoria.\n

César Ordóñez, Carlos Martín, Daniel Ventura e Ismael Arribas iban a
\ndar dura batalla para llevarse el premio más gordo y retener el título
\nSPT en España. Sin embargo, la \"legión española\" no consiguió más que
\nun 4º puesto logrado por Dani Ventura.<\/p>\n

Steven Van Zadelhoff había logrado una buena ventaja, llegando a la
\nMesa Final como líder en fichas y conseguiría hacer pesar esa
\ndiferencia para alcanzar el heads up.<\/p>\n

El primero de los eliminados fue uno de los españoles, Ismael Arribas<\/b>, quien se llevó un premio de €9.000<\/b> por su participación en este torneo. Luego sería acompañado por su compatriota César Ordóñez<\/b>, quien cobró €12.000<\/b> al alcanzar el 8º lugar.<\/p>\n

Los siguientes jugadores en abandonar esta Mesa Final fueron Jerome Lubet<\/b>, cayendo en 7ª posición para llevarse €15.000<\/b> y Rainier Kiar<\/b>, quien embolsó €18.000<\/b> por finalizar en el 6º puesto en este SPT Gran Final.<\/p>\n

Las últimas esperanzas españolas estaban depositadas en Carlos Martín y
\nDani Ventura pero, lamentablemente, estos fueron los siguientes
\njugadores en caer eliminados. Primero, Carlos Martín<\/b> empujó sus
\núltimas 537.000 fichas con \"Ks\"\"Td\" y recibió call de Van Zadelhoff con \"As\"\"Kc\". El board no ayudó al español, cayendo \"Js\"\"2c\"\"Ah\"\"Ts\"\"3h\" y sentenciando
\nsu eliminación en el 5º puesto para merecer un premio de €24.000<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Después caería Dani Ventura<\/b> al pushear con \"As\"\"9s\" y encontrar a
\nTatu Maenpaa con \"Ac\"\"Ad\". No hubo milagro en el board \"2d\"\"6c\"\"Tc\"\"8s\"\"Kh\" y el
\núltimo de los españoles se iba en la 4ª posición con un premio de €30.000<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Más tarde, Van Zadelhoff fue all in en desventaja con su \"7h\"\"7d\" frente a Tatu Maenpaa<\/b> con \"Js\"\"Jh\". De todos modos, un 7<\/b> cayó en el flop y el finés se iba en el 3º puesto llevándose €39.000<\/b> en su visita a tierras españolas.<\/p>\n

El cara a cara encontraba al holandés con ventaja sobre su par
\nbritánico y el duelo no se demoraría mucho en encontrar su definición. Van
\nZadelhoff completó desde la ciega pequeña y Sherwood se dio check para
\nver un flop \"9s\"\"Jh\"\"8d\". Sherwood se dio check y Van Zadelhoff apostó
\n50.000, produciendo un reraise inmediato de su oponente a 180.000. El
\nholandés anunció otra subida a 1.000.000 y Sherwood hizo insta-call all
\nin, revelando \"9h\"\"Th\". Steven Van Zadelhoff mostró \"Ts\"\"Jc\" para top pair y el
\nmismo proyecto a escalera abierta que, de completarse, produciría un
\nsplit pot. Sin embargo, el turn fue \"Ks\" y el river cayó \"4d\" para poner
\nfin al torneo y a una nueva temporada del Spanish Poker Tour.<\/p>\n

Rob Sherwood<\/b> se marchó como runner up<\/b><\/i> con una recompensa de €53.000<\/b> y Steven Van Zadelhoff <\/b>cobró €100.000<\/b> al coronarse Campeón del SPT Gran Final Costa Meloneras<\/b>.\n<\/p><\/div>
