Full Tilt Poker<\/a>
\ninició una demanda en contra de la ex profesional de la sala Clonie
\nGowen. Recordemos que esta jugadora había iniciado acciones legales en
\ncontra de Ful Tilt Poker en noviembre de 2008, reclamando que la
\nempresa no había cumplido con lo prometido al momento de acordar su
\nincorporación.<\/p>\n

La versión de Gowen fue que Full Tilt Poker<\/a>
\nle había ofrecido una participación del 1% de las acciones en la
\ncompañía cuando se unió al Equipo Full Tilt Poker Pro en 2004. Sin
\nembargo cuando su contrato fue rescindido la jugadora cobró una
\ncompensación de $250.000, un monto muy inferior a los $40 millones que,
\nsegún algunos informes, se estima como equivalente al 1% al que hacía
\nreferencia Gowen.<\/p>\n

La jugadora llevó el caso a la justicia, incluyendo en su demanda a
\notros miembros del equipo, como Phil Ivey y Patrik Antonius, pero la
\ncorte rechazó en dos instancias diferentes el reclamo de Gowen, en mayo
\ny en octubre de 2009.<\/p>\n

Con el caso aún sin resolución definitiva, ahora es Full Tilt Poker<\/a>
\nquien inició una demanda contra la jugadora, aunque esta acción legal no
