Evento #39 No Limit Holdem $3.000<\/h2>

Después de 10 horas de juego se hizo necesario agregar un día extra a este evento ya que al finalizar la jornada aún sobreviven 3 jugadores y aunque el público pedía un nivel más la realidad se la negó puesto que en la última mano del día el shortstack Ryan Jaconetti se dobló ante Jacob Schindler cuando sus \"\"\"\" arrollaron al \"\"\"\" de este último.<\/p>

Así que esta tarde se jugará el final de este evento en el que Jacob Schindler figura como líder en fichas (3.860.000) seguido muy de cerca gracias al cooler de la última mano: Ryan Jaconetti (3.410.000) y finalmente Sean Dempsey (1.660.000). Las ciegas finalizaron en 40.000\/80.000 ante 10.000 y era el último nivel programado veremos esta tarde si agregan nuevos niveles o se dejan las ciegas tal cual como están hasta el final de la jornada.<\/p>

Evento #40 Heads-up No Limit Holdem Championship $10.000<\/h2>

Sólo dos sobrevivientes quedan en este evento y se enfrentarán hoy en el heads-up final para definir el vencedor. Estos dos sobrevivientes son Sam Stein y Davide Suriano, quienes pasaron por un largo y difícil camino para llegar hasta hoy. Stein tuvo que superar el primer día a David Schnettler, Bryn Kenney y Sam Trickett; mientras que ayer a Max Silver, Scott Baumstein y Scott Baumstein en ese mismo orden. Por su parte Suriano tuvo que vencer en el primer día a Scott Seiver, Dan Cates, Shane Moran; y ayer a Serkan Kurnaz, Ankush Mandavia y Daniel Colmanes.<\/p>

El español Alberto Gómez no pudo superar en el 1er match de ayer a Scott Davies, mientras que el Team Pro de PokerStars Daniel Negreanu fue eliminado por Tommy Chen.<\/p>

Evento #41 Six-Handed Dealer's Choice $1.500<\/h2>

Cuando restan 10 jugadores en este evento el chipleader del día 2 ha sido Robert Mizrachi con 390.500 fichas en su stack. Mizrachi amasó ese gran stack gracias a un pote enorme que jugó en una mano Omaha contra Brandon Cantu. Dentro de los que regresarán a la jornada final hay grandes nombres como: Bill Chen (185.000) y Frank Kassela (153.000); mientras que la única chica del grupo Melissa Burr buscará su 3era mesa final en esta edición de la wsop.<\/p>

Eventos #42 y #43<\/h2>

Hoy se dieron inicio a dos nuevos eventos. El evento #42 Pot Omaha Six-Handed de un buy-in de $5.000. Se registraron 452 jugadores de los cuales superaron el corte 96 y los últimos sobrevivientes entrarán en premios. El chipleader de este día ha sido el belga David Kitai quien convirtió su stack inicial de 15.000 fichas en 308.300. Kitai quien hace un par de semanas obtuvo su 3er brazalete en su carrera cerró la jornada con la mirada puesta en el 4to. Por lo selecto del buy-in la gran mayoría de los participantes son jugadores afamados y de los que pasaron al día 2 se encuentra: Brian Rast (147.900), Mike Watson (135.700), Michael Mizrachi (119.200), Scotty Nguyen (108.500), David \"Bakes\" Baker (108.200), Ashton Griffin (103.400), Phil Galfond (72.100), JC Tran (66.000), Jason Mercier (62.900), Calvin Anderson (48.900) and Sorel Mizzi (44.300). Esta tarde se reanudarán las acciones de este evento que tiene una programación de 3 días de duración.<\/p>

El evento #43 Limit Holdem de $1.500 buy-in tuvo un registro de 657 participantes pasando al día 2 la cantidad de 118 jugadores, los últimos 72 entrarán en premios por lo que se espera que la burbuja estalle en los primeros niveles de hoy. El Chipleader es Paul Mannoni quien acumuló un stack de 60.900 fichas. Grandes figuras no superaron el corte como Phil Ivey, Barry Greenstein, Greg Mueller, Stephen Chidwick, Humberto Brenes. Mientras que sí estarán el día de hoy: Allyn Jeffrey Shulman (47.300), Jeff Shulman (32.000), Berry Johnston (41.900), Mike Laing (47.900), Todd Witteles (36.400), Jeff Lisandro (30.900), Dan Kely (25.500), Mike Leah (12.700), Antonio Esfandiari (11.600), Brandon Shack-Harris (39.400), Terrence Chan (24.400), David Chiu (12.600) y Daniel Negreanu (12.600).<\/p>
