Ya finalizó el Día 1B del torneo WPT en el Gran Casino de Barcelona, este día tuvo mayor afluencia de personas, empezaron 129 jugadores (haciendo 226 el total de jugadores que se inscribieron al WPT) y ya se definieron los premios. Se repartirán €1.695.000<\/b> para los primeros 27 jugadores; el jugador que gane el WPT se llevará a casa €537.000<\/b>.\n

Como habíamos supuesto para este segundo día, pudimos encontrar a algunos jugadores reconocidos en las mesas, como Gus Hansen, Bill Edler, Isabelle Mercier, Shannon Shorr, Surinder Sunar, Annete Obrestad, Bruno Fitoussi, Sorel Mizzi, Mark Teltscher, Nam Le y Soren Kongsgaard, entre otros. A la reciente ganadora de WSOPE, Annette Obrestad, le tocó jugar en la mesa más difícil del día al lado de Pascal Perrault, Tom Schneider, Adam Levy, Eric Hershler, Juha Helpi y Allen Cunningham.<\/p>\n

El día 1B contamos con una gran representación por parte de España*, tuvimos jugadores como Raúl Mestre, May Macieras, Pakito López, Thalai Domínguez, José Fuentes, El Cali Martínez, José Roldán, Tralaira López, Iñaki Erausquín, Ulpiano González, Antonio Oliván, Juan Fernández; y probablemente algunos más, aunque hay diferencias entre la información y las listas oficiales.<\/p>\n

Después de los 6 niveles disputados, 96 jugadores seguían vivos en la carrera a la final, entre ellos pasaron, al menos, 10<\/b> españoles, que sumados a los 6 que pasaron ayer tendríamos en total 16<\/b> jugadores españoles en el día 2 del WPT Spanish Championship. Los españoles que pasaron éste primer día fueron Raúl Mestre (con 45.300 en fichas), José Fuentes, El Cali Martínez, Ulpiano Gonzáles, Tralaira López, José Roldán, Iñaki Erausquín, Antonio Oliván, Pakito López y May Maceiras.
Hoy sábado seguirá la competencia a partir de las 5pm desarrollando el día 2 del calendario del torneo. Los 151<\/b> jugadores que están vivos en la competencia se enfrentarán durante 6 niveles o hasta que la plantilla se reduzca a los 27 que entran en premios. El promedio de fichas en total es de 22.450<\/b>. Esta es el top 10 del primer día (día 1A + día 1B)<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
