El poker tiene un nuevo campeón mundial, el jugador de 25 años nacido en Nueva Jersey, Scott Blumstein, quien venció a Dan Ott en el heads-up.<\/p>

Blumstein entró en la mesa final como chip leader, y ganó el Main Event bastante rápido tras un cooler contra John Hesp<\/strong>, donde Blumstein tenía trío de ases y Hesp ases y dieces. Desde ese momento, Blumstein tenía tantas fichas que era invencible.<\/p>

El favorito del público, Hesp, consiguió volver a la batalla y terminó en cuarto lugar llevándose $2.6 millones. El excéntrico y divertido amateur entusiasmó a todo el mundo del poker<\/strong> y estamos seguros de que ha ayudado a conseguir las audiencias televisivas más altas.<\/p>

La otra gran historia de la mesa fue la presencia de dos antiguos November Niners<\/a>. Por desgracia para Ben Lamb, busteó rápidamente en 9 lugar llevándose $1 millón y Antoine Saout en 5º por $2 millones.<\/p>

La acción fue mucho más suave cuando Hesp busteó, aparte de un all in entre tres donde Benjamin Pollak acabó saliendo de la mesa. En el Heads-up, Blumstein tuvo A2 vs A8 de Ott, pero un 2 milagroso en el river le dio el título y el primer premio de $8,150,000.<\/p>

Todo el mundo está de acuerdo en que la decisión de eliminar la pausa de la mesa final<\/a>, ha sido un éxito. Los números no mienten<\/a>, la acción televisada fue mucho más relajada y divertida y el carismático John Hesp se ganó los corazones de muchos.<\/p>

Y hasta aquí han llegado las series de Las Vegas, pero todavía nos queda mucho este año con las World Series of Poker Europe en Rozvadov, República Checa desde el 19 de octubre.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
