Antes que nada deber&iacute;amos saber que el c&aacute;ncer pancre&aacute;tico es un tumor maligno que se origina en la gl&aacute;ndula pancre&aacute;tica, adem&aacute;s de ser uno de los tipos de c&aacute;ncer m&aacute;s peligrosos, pues no suele ser detectado sino hasta estar en un nivel muy avanzado, es, tambi&eacute;n, uno de los tumores m&aacute;s agresivos; los m&aacute;s propensos a este tipo de c&aacute;ncer son los fumadores, los alcoh&oacute;licos y los diab&eacute;ticos. S&oacute;lo en Estados Unidos, el c&aacute;ncer de p&aacute;ncreas, mata alrededor de<b> 32.000<\/b> personas cada a&ntilde;o; en Europa mata a m&aacute;s de<b> 60.000<\/b>. Los tratamientos para &eacute;ste tipo de c&aacute;ncer son extremadamente costosos, sobretodo porque la mayor&iacute;a de pacientes que se les diagnostica el c&aacute;ncer pancre&aacute;tico no sobreviven m&aacute;s de cinco a&ntilde;os. <\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/img152.imageshack.us\/img152\/391\/pancanlogowv1.gif\" width=\"150\" height=\"107\" align=\"left\"><b>PanCAN<\/b> es una organizaci&oacute;n norteamericana dedicada al estudio y a la curaci&oacute;n del c&aacute;ncer pancre&aacute;tico, constantemente desarrolla talleres de prevenci&oacute;n y hoy por hoy es la l&iacute;der en la lucha contra el c&aacute;ncer pancre&aacute;tico en Estados Unidos.<b> PanCAN<\/b> no s&oacute;lo investiga y acepta donaciones en pro de la lucha contra el c&aacute;ncer de p&aacute;ncreas, sino que tambi&eacute;n busca otros mecanismos, como voluntarios, maratones y varios eventos que aunque poco tengan que ver, como un torneo de p&oacute;quer, dejan ganancias para seguir en la lucha contra el c&aacute;ncer. La organizaci&oacute;n <b>PanCAN<\/b> se llena de motivos para combatir esta dolorosa y com&uacute;n enfermedad que a cualquiera nos puede afectar; a veces las buenas intenciones no bastan y hay que recurrir a otro tipo de mecanismos para conseguir los objetivos. Parece que las donaciones est&aacute;n pasadas de moda, la gente est&aacute; saturada de que le pidan dinero para &ldquo;buenas causas&rdquo;, para hu&eacute;rfanos, para comunidades damnificadas, etc&eacute;tera, y gran parte de la culpa la tienen los inescrupulosos que env&iacute;an e inventan cadenas de correo falsas. As&iacute; es como<b> PanCAN<\/b> ha decidido proponer una ayuda de otra manera, donde tambi&eacute;n se pueda conocer un poco m&aacute;s de la causa de la organizaci&oacute;n, del c&aacute;ncer de p&aacute;ncreas y, &iquest;por qu&eacute; no?, divertirse un poco. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/img91.imageshack.us\/img91\/8199\/coolmoneyfoldingartdotaww7.jpg\" align=\"right\">La primera edici&oacute;n del torneo <b>&ldquo;All In For A Cure&rdquo;<\/b> tendr&aacute; lugar en Kiwi&rsquo;s Pub &amp; Grill en Altamonte Springs, Florida. El d&iacute;a en que se llevar&aacute; a cabo ser&aacute; el 17 de noviembre y la hora de inicio ser&aacute; a la 1 de la tarde. A las 12 del d&iacute;a se abrir&aacute;n las inscripciones por $100 y habr&aacute;n recompras ilimitadas durante la primera hora. Lo m&aacute;s llamativo de este evento es que el primer premio es una entrada a un torneo en un crucero y unas fichas que no cuestan m&aacute;s de 40 d&oacute;lares y el segundo premio es un televisor plasma y otro set de fichas. El registro a este evento se puede hacer por Internet y tiene un 15% de descuento (85 d&oacute;lares) si se hace antes del evento o se puede comprar la entrada directamente en la puerta del evento por 100 d&oacute;lares; tambi&eacute;n se puede simplemente donar dinero. El torneo<b> &ldquo;All In For A Cure&rdquo;<\/b> finalizar&aacute; a las 7 de la noche y se espera recoger, entre el torneo y las donaciones, diez mil d&oacute;lares para seguir apoyando la lucha contra el c&aacute;ncer pancre&aacute;tico, ap&oacute;yala t&uacute;
