El evento principal del PartyPoker Glasgow concluyó el domingo, un festival de póker de seis días en Escocia, en el que la jugadora Zhen Zhen ganó el premio reservado al primer lugar £22,500; imponiéndose en la mesa final a jugadores experimentados como David Lappin, Dean Lyall y Jaime Staples.<\/p>

Con algunos grandes jugadores en la ciudad para participar en los numerosos eventos del programa, fue Zhen Zhen, quien ganó el Evento Principal, con una entrada de £500, venciendo a su compatriota Kyle Scott en el heads-up después de que David Lappin<\/a> quedara en tercer lugar.<\/p>

El Evento Principal<\/a> ofrecía un premio acumulado de £111,820 con 256 entradas, lo que significaba que 39 entraron en premios. Los nueve finalistas eran todos profesionales, pero aunque en los primeros compases los jugadores más experimentados hicieron valer su saber hacer, todo cambió al final de la acción.<\/p>

Tras la eliminación del hasta entonces dominante Jaime Staples<\/a> en séptimo lugar con £4,000, el local Dean Lyall tampoco pudo subir al podio, quedando en quinto lugar recibiendo un premio de £6,300. David Lappin tuvo un gran impulso en un momento dado, pero el juego 'three-handed' acabó por derrotarlo, y Kyle Scott eliminó al embajador de WPTGlobal y copresentador del podcast The Chip Race<\/a> con Dara O’Kearney.<\/p>
