Usually when sb completes i raise pf and if opponent checks on flop (usually) i bet most of the time if we are HU. These kind of opponents want to see a cheap flop but not get into much trouble if they don't hit big.
From my little experience so far the raise-blind size bet means :

      1)weak pair
      2)draw (usually weak)
3)nothing (with hope to hit something on turn-river and win or opponent fold).I usually raise these guys usually pot-size since the pot is small.

In this hand since you have top pair i think you are way ahead. My line would be : bet pf,bet flop, bet turn, check river.

      IMO ...

Raise preflop, raise flop for value and for protection.

      +1
Good suggestion. If we were oop I think you can also check pre-flop, but since you´re ip and SB completed close to 100% of his range we need to raise pre-flop to put more money in with the better hand.
Postflop I would bet turn and river for value

      best regards,
