      Is it better 4bet / fold here against unknown?
      I called because it is not big raise, but with AQ I mostly dont hit and fold, or hit and win small pot or lose whole stack.

      Being suited it's a lot more playable even OOP.

      Given odds preflop I think you can call here but I'm not thrilled about the check/raise on the turn. It's probably profitable but I'm always thinking: if I never look like a bluff, what can I get value from? Your opponent reps very thin for value that beats you: 2 combos of AA and QQ. If you raise and he folds AK or 78s here I think you might be better off calling turn and calling river.
