I am not sure how to play on this board. It is drawheavy and I could bet to make his PP fold, and so many draws are calling plus Jx can call once or twice. But I am not sure If I bet if it is value bet, so I decided to play passive. I planed to bet turn and river if he checks back flop.

How should I play it if there is no flushdraw?

What's his PFR? I'm presuming he's some sort of fish based on his stack size. I think as a general game plan, we can safely assume he doesn't 3-barrel bluff. So my plan would have been to c/f on the river unless he made some absurdly small bet size.

As played I think I like your play. We probably have the best hand now, and I think he doesn't have a flush too often when he bets so small on the Turn. I also don't really want to give him a chance to pot control on any street, and I think he only raises flushes on the River so I am bet/folding (assuming he never bluffs cos I'm going to assume he is a loose passive player).
