      Hi nip,

      We have 9 outs for NF and 3 outs for nut straight. So, if all outs are live we have about 24% equity.

      His cbet gives us 29% pot odds. So we are close but still need some implied odds to show a profit. It's possible that villain can have a worse draw or a hand like a set that doesn't fold when we hit (if he has a set we have less clean outs). But since we picked up the gutshot I don't think it would be a big mistake calling the turn there.
