      1.3k hands, 21/17, 3bet 6, against BU 6. fold to 4bet 2/3
      cbet flop 85, turn 80. river 1/1

I saw him 3betting so far only 86s, so his range 6% looks strong, but I am not sure if he has standard hands to 3bet or against specific people.
      I saw him 4betting AKo, JJ, T3o

Is call IP ok against people who barrel a lot? Maybe it is bad if he has AK, and gives up when misses, but I think he barrels anyway and we go all in if he has QQ, KK, JJ, Ak.

Should I make a not against him that in 3bet pot, he turns his made hand into bluff (on turn)

Although you are deeper and you can 4bet quite a wider range here, calling to let your opponent spew is perfectly fine. I would definitely consider calling against 100bb effective but with 137bb behind you kind of what to be able to stack off with AA quite often.

Postflop is ofc fine the way you played. Regarding villain's play, I think he is just a spewtard because what he did makes no sense. You fold everything worse and call everything better, he doesn't acheive anything against your range and he has one of the best hands he can have given his preflop hand yet he turns it into a bluff.
