      I think there should still be some value on the river. I don't think he has that many Ax but I think his range will contain quite a few Tx, 4x, 55+ so you can potentially value bet. What I prefer is to raise bigger on the turn, have a decent sized pot and then decide. You still get a lot of value when you are clearly ahead if you raise to about 7 on the turn and now you would miss less value if you decide to check back some rivers you find bad like this one. I think it's not as bad of a river as you initially make it and would value bet about $13.
