Due to we are deep it is an easy bet-call on the flop, we have nuts draw. Deep stacks are like omaha - we need to hit nuts to be confident in our hand. 3bet on the flop is overplaying. After call our further action depends on his turn sizing, I don't mind to just fold vs his huge turn bet.
Most people overrate their hand strength in deep stacks. Recently I've seen the guy who 250bb deep pushed his top and bottom on turn, dry board. So when you hit the nuts it is so easy to get paid.

I would definitely start off with cbetting.

Against a raise, it depends a bit on sizing. If we can call very profitably IP I might do that but if it's not a very small sizing plus we'd have some FE I would shove. We are not deep here, opponent has 88bb, only Hero has 130bb. If we were 130+bb I agree that we should bet and call IP to play later streets.
