I think I would play here either fold or 4bet preflop. Overbet on such a dry board = ready hand, and I am sure there will be no worth hands. The best result for us is split. And after bu called I think split is less likely. Also I will not wonder if button shows 7x here.
Fold on the flop seems to be the best option here. Please post showdown after evaluation, it is pretty interesting. :)

preflop is pretty sick if he was a confirmed nit but since he isn't i think you can just sighhh 4bet, folding is prob definitely fine too though.

as played fml, i don't see me neither folding nor winning the pot. :f_biggrin:

Since it is CO vs BU vs SB I would prefer 4-betting 11$ and then calling shove. BU 3-bet range against CO min-raise is quite wide and he might easily shove pre-flop AQ (or if he does that with TT-AA then at least you see all 5 cards and don´t have to c/f on low boards.
Postflop you´re not going anyway (CO shove range is any Kx+ sometimes air; BU calling range is 7x and any Kx,AA- but since 7x or AA/KK are mostly unlikely then you should shove yourself for value)

      best regards,
