      I think it's pretty close.

      You get direct pot-odds but there is no guarantee you will see a river. If you get villains stack very often you will have the implieds but no guarantee he will stack off on spade turn. Sometimes CO will overcall increasing your direct odds , but again no guarantee.

      Folding is fine, calling is definitely an option depending on your estimates about villains and your implieds. I doubt BTN is raising light so I think 3betting would be a poor option.
