Preflop: Hero is BTN with K Q
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.06, SB folds, BB raises to $0.18, Hero calls $0.12

      Flop: ($0.37) 8 8 A (2 players)
      BB bets $0.27, Hero folds

      $0.37 pot ($0.02 rake)
      Final Board: 8 8 A
Hero mucked K Q and lost (-$0.18 net)
BB mucked and won $0.35 ($0.17 net)

Villain is 27/20 over 30 hands.

Against an unknown that has 3bet a couple times before, can we call here pre flop in position? Or would it be better to just fold, especially on these stakes? Also if we call, should we then take a stand on this flop?

Well I don't really mind defending this hand against a 3bet, as it plays relatively good postflop IP.
Of course, if you don't feel comfortable to play it against unknowns you could go for a 4bet bluff due to its blockers or just fold it.
