      i'd C/F turn, as I don't see any worse hands he could have and can't think of any hands he'd call flop and fold turn with, but I don't use stats and don't know what the stats you posted mean.

      Turn.. you're shutting down. You don't really want to chase a two outer

      Unless you have a good read on the opp and know he is capable of bluffing on such a turn frequently (like.. every other time) you're just folding this hand there.

      I think your flop bet is fine, but you have to call then shove or shove yourself, since bet was a littlebit small and board is drawy then player could make a move that kind of board.
      Turn: imo you can´t bet/fold here. You´re getting too good odds and only flushdraw got there (btw I think that 38/21/1,9 might even shove flushdraw on the flop). So if you bet again then I´d call shove.
      Other line would be check and now it really depends on the player. If he can float then I´ll go c/rai, if you believe that he´ll check back his medium pp-s and only bet with better ahnds than you should go c/f.
