      I noticed his limp call from utg and it seems so strong but i still decided to call because he had fishy stats, something like 46/23/11 but only on 13 hands

      Stats are not representif if you got 13 hands.

      VPIP atleast 50 hands
      PFR atleast 50 hands
      AF atleast 100-200 hands (if he's tight more hands are needed)

      And even if you got 50 hands from him, this is a clear fold.
      Wait for a better spot to take all of his money.

      Agree to HoofdVogel, you should b/f on that flop unless you think that player is capable shoving with flushdraw (because they mostly has here set or two pair).
