[color:#272BA6]Easyr84 bets $7, [color:#B93238]Hero calls $7...

Villain unknown

Could I call a pot-sized bet on the turn having this draw? I didnt even count the J outs, since his line is strong and looks like two pair/set, so I had 11 outs. I think its ok to count 2 outs for the others 7.

Assuming he'd call my river shove if fdraw hits I had implied odds... But it just seems to be a mistake to call a potsized bet chasing a draw.

And is it ok to raise pf on the BTN with 2 gappers - 1 gappers suited (i know this is a 3 gapper, but I find it kind of loose)? I usually dont when there are shortstacks, but always do against fullstacks/non-calling-station middlestacks.

Fold preflop, bad hand for a steal i think.

Flop : call OK IP, you have no fold equity since he has clearly a strong hand -> call OK, with good implied odds.

Turn : pot odds are 2 to 1, and hie has 10$ left after his bet. If you think you get all his stack on the river, your implied odds are 10 + 14 = 24 to 7, that is to say 3.5 to 1. I think he has at least 2 pairs so you have at most 7 outs for the flush - the A of club may give him a fullhouse i think -.

-> your implied odds are not good enough for a call, so fold.

no, my implied odds are 21 (pot on the river if i call turn) + 9.45 (effective stack) = 30.45:7 = 4.2:1.

Assuming he has AQ or A8 I got 8 outs (discounting A :club:) + 2 for the 7, which gives me 10 outs. Assuming he has 88 I got 8 outs, as the A :club: gives him a fullhouse. And I got reverse implied odds too, if a 7 came I'd probably call and he could beat me with a set.

I would fold turn, player has here oftne set or two pair and if you hit your 7 or J would you fold to river shove?
And can you be sure, that he isn' t making that play K high flushdraw and if you both miss and he shoves then you fold best hand and if you hit your flush, you would still loose :( .
