Sometimes I play pretty good, crushing NL2 while playing 2 tables at the same time and winning over 30BBs/100 hands, but other times I just make the dumbest plays. It's painful. Or I will be getting a pretty good run on one table and losing on the other one, and then end up fighting for what I lost. Have a look [WARNING: it's kinda painful]:

See what I mean? I have countless of these kind of hands.
A while ago I made a post +/- like this one because this gets me frustated :@. 2 days ago I had $10 in my account, the on one night managed to increase it to $15 with awesome plays, then on less than 1 hour I'm back to $10 again. Tilt is to blame but before I go on tilt I need to make 2 or 3 of these kind of plays. In these examples, the KJ and the AJ happened before I tilted.
Theory studying also made me more aggressive. On "The Theory of Poker" I remember reading that whenever your hand was worth a call you should bet yourself OOP. That's why I kept betting on that KJ gutshot + flushdraw. I don't think it's that bad, but because I have only $10 in my bankroll and you lose pots like these, it kinda hurts for a few hands.
Most of the times I know the fold is obvious or I'm simply not thinking. In the AQ example I KNEW he had the flush, but something in me was like "Nah nah he doesn't".
When I'm studying theory (or anything else for that matter), I can focus 100% and memorize everything. But when I'm playing, I simply can't focus on the game. I'm either watching TV, texting, watching a youtube video, talking to friends at a coffee, etc. I only look at the game when the action is on me and then I go to the chart and the odds table to figure out what to do. I've tried to concentrate on the game but I find myself doing something else after a few minutes. Happens with chess too, I play only with my instincts, so any fair player can beat me pretty easily.
Does anyone care to offer some tips? They would be greatly appreciated
