Preflop: Hero is SB with A:diamond: , Q:heart:
MP2 calls $0.20, MP3 folds, CO raises to $0.90, Hero raises to $3.00, 2 folds, CO calls $2.10.

      Flop: ($6.40) K:club: , K:heart: , 7:club: (2 players)
Hero bets $4.00, CO calls $4.00.

      Turn: ($14.40) 5:heart: (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $6.20, Hero folds, CO gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $14.40

What should I do on the turn? I am pretty much convinced villain is holding something like QQ-1010 because he didn't raise flop. K is not that likely or is it?

I only have option to shove turn or fold, I c/shove since he would just call I think. So what would be my best line here?

Looks ok to me. He is fairly loose, so preflop is fine.

Cbet on this flop is mandatory, but he is passive, and likes a showdown. Two barrells here would be expensive, and if he has anything, he isn't likely to let go, whether it is a K or not. Turn looks right.
