Preflop: I don't like posting blinds before BB. In long run you will lose money with that.
Flop: It's ok to call here once and reevaluate turn.
      Turn: Fold to his bet.

Veriz I believe CO is actually as good a place to post in terms of hands/blinds.

      9 Handed:
If you post in BB you are getting 9 hands for 1.5BB.
If you post in CO you are getting 6 hands for 1BB.

So it costs the same in hands/blind.
Or does your reasoning come from some strategical point?

Best is still to wait until BB, if youre not in a big hurry :)

      Why though?
      Its the same price?

I'm never in a hurry when I play but I do like to play when I'm playing rather than sitting waiting.

I think you said it yourself, (6 hands for 10c) < (9 hands for 10c) - longterm you lose, although possibly very very little, some money longterm :)

I believe most people think its still OK to post a blind in CO though

I believe smileyphil is right, it is ok to post BB from cutoff in 9-10 handed.

if you wait for BB to arrive, you must pay both BB and SB.

      9 handed NL10:

      waiting for BB - $0.15 for 9 hands = 1.67c/hand
      posting from cutoff - $0.10 for 6 hands = 1.67c/hand

In a 10 handed game it is even profitable to post from cutoff

      10 handed NL10:

      waiting for BB - $0.15 for 10 hands = 1.5c/hand
      post from cutoff - $0.10 for 7 hands = 1.4c/hand

Am asking judges to have another look at this thread, I dont see any strategic advantage in waiting for BB

I correct myself, actually it's OK to post there but myself I don't do it. I prefer to wait till BB, no hurry.
