      I'm afraid not.

You already have a real money account at Full Tilt Poker
If you already have an account at Full Tilt Poker which has not been created with a PokerStrategy bonus code you are not able to collect StrategyPoints while playing there. Playing on this account will therefore not influence your PokerStrategy status or go towards our member rewards system or promotions.

Not usually unless you haven't played at the real money tables, and if you have only played on the play money tables then you are free to open a new account.

I was wondering the same thing and on two sites i was told that they could assist you in creating a new account which would allow you to sign up using a new bonus/promo code.

Titan poker was willing to do it but you would not be able to transfer anything over, no points etc.

pokerstars had conflicting responses but one support person seemed certain it was ok but i really cant be sure
